THE SCHOOL RECOGNIZES THE NEED FOR GOOD FINANCIAL CONTROL OVER THE SCHOOL’S RESOURCES AND HAS FORMULATED THESE POLICIES IN ORDER TO ACHIEVE SOUND FINANCIAL MANAGEMENT.
Registration fee is compulsory for opening a student file and payment is made before obtaining our school form. All obtained forms are to be filled with accurate information and returned for the opening of the students’ portal. A compulsory development Levy is paid once every year by all learners’ Payment of school fees are to be made on or before resumption. In case of any unusual delay, parents are to convey payment plans to the accounting department. However, all balances are to be paid before the fourth week of resumption to avoid any inconvenience.
All payments are nonrefundable, usage can be deferred to a subsequent term, if not utilized at all. Therefore, payments cannot be transferred to a subsequent term if learners have signed into classes.
Discount: We offer a 5 percent discount on tuition. This only applies to the last child. Additionally, we also offer a 5 percent discount on tuition of the youngest child for parent(s) who refer(s) a friend.
The school sends invoices to parents at the end of each school term. The invoice reflects all schooling costs for the next term. Parents are advised to pay their ward’s fees before the term commences or at the beginning of the term (within one week of resumption) in time in order for the school to meet its financial obligations.
All payments must be made into the school account. Payment by cash to any staff member is not permitted at Reeds Schools. Four payment methods are available to parents at the bank
It is important that a deposit slip is correctly completed; the student’s name and the amount must be clearly written. Parents must ensure that the duplicate of the bank teller and any other means of payment must be converted to receipt in the school’s account office.
Parents must pay all fees on or before the mid-term break.
Clearance cards are available in the school’s account office for those who have completed their payment. It is important to note that any student whose fees have not been paid completely after the mid-term break will be denied access to the school for classes and will not be allowed to take the examination for the term.
