Our Integrative Curriculum

We run an Integrative Curriculum of Nigeria and British standards and a blend of Montessori and for early years Any preschool can help children with basic skills like; letters, numbers, or shapes but at Reeds Schools, we help children appreciate learning.

We encourage them to question ‘why’ and discover the ‘answers’ for themselves. Our environment is enabling, as it allows children to feel free to communicate with their teachers. This approach inspires our students to think more creatively, thus strengthening their problem-solving abilities.

Progam Overview

Our programs also include character-building activities that teach children the importance of fairness, integrity, and honesty. At Reeds schools, we encourage positive relationships and creativity in every child. We run an all-rounded educational system.

We believe that a highly appropriate curriculum and assessment should be planned based on the best knowledge of theory and Practice, about how children develop and learn, with attention given to individual needs and interests.

Our curriculum is designed to accommodate learning through play, hands-on activities, small and large group interactions.

A learner must be 4 years of age on August 31 st before moving into preparatory and 5 years of age before graduating into year 1. Year 5 and year 6 are terminal classes (Exam Classes). The year 5 learner may proceed to secondary school at the end of the session or do a year six.
