At Reeds Schools, we are conscious of safety and security. Our commitment to every child’s safety begins at the gate. Before access to the school classrooms area, everyone must submit security checks. Parents and the proxies authorized to pick up children are noted during the enrolment process or the children’s first day at school. In case of any change, parents are advised to inform the school immediately.
When an emergency occurs – medical or any other – that might necessitate evacuation from the school building, we will take whatever steps are required. Parents will be contacted as quickly as possible through different channels (SMS, Calls, emails). For this reason, we admonish parents to ensure their child’s information is up to date; it is extremely important for us to have the emergency contacts’ current home address, work, and cell phone numbers. These will be updated at the start of a new session.
We have put in place, proactive measures to protect the wellbeing of every child, even as accidents may occur. All injuries are properly documented, and parents are fully informed in a timely manner.
Our schools are fumigated regularly to keep away reptiles and rodents. Every class receives a good supply of insecticides to keep infectious insects away.
